Director of Institut Ramon Llull. He was the Director of the Centre for Contemporary Studies of the Generalitat de Catalunya and of IDEES magazine. He is a jurist and has a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Political Science and a postgraduate degree in International Relations and Peace Culture. He is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Barcelona.
